When you contact us we will confirm to you what villa's and accommodation are available for the dates given.

Please fill out our booking form outlining the dates of your required holiday, and the type of accommodation you require.

We will then match these dates with other couples, confirm availability, villa location etc. When we have matched this information we will contact you by e-mail confirming details of your holiday villa, including the address and a map of how to get there.

When you confirm to us via e-mail that the villa accommodation is acceptable, we will e-mail you a booking invoice via our Secure Paypal account. We will then ask you to pay a 40% deposit if it is more than > two months before your holiday.

If it is less than < two months before your holiday the full payment will be required. We will then e-mail you to confirm your payment and reservation has been confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

We would appreciate that you read all our terms and conditions before you make any payment. Once we (Swingers Holidays Spain) have received payment you are entered into a legally binding contract.

The terms are as follows :

1) When we receive e-mailed confirmation from you that the villa, accommodation choice is acceptable you will pay a non refundable deposit of 40% of the total holiday cost. If the booking is two months, or inside two months of the required vacation date the full amount of the holiday must be paid. If you have paid a non refundable deposit of 40% the full amount becomes due two months before the required vacation date. If payment is not made within 2 months of your holiday we will treat this as a cancelled holiday, no refund will be given.

2) Please read all villa details, accommodation details carefully before accepting and paying your deposit. Changes to accommodation cannot be made once we have accepted your deposit.

3) All cancellations must be in writing. If the holiday has been paid for in full, at cancellation within 6 weeks the total cost of the holiday will be forfieted.

4) Any extension of the rental period is only after we have given written confirmation

5) At the time of booking we ask you to pay a 220 Euro deposit per couple. At the end of the stay the deposit will be refunded, less any damages.

6) During your stay we do not clean the property, you will have to take care of that yourself. Before leaving please ensure the villa/accommodation is left as you found it. This includes dishes, the fridge/freezer, wardrobes, cupboards and the closets clean. If this is not the case we will charge you 65 Euros for cleaning afterwards.

7) Furniture and inventory is only subject to normal devaluation. The tenant is responsible for all costs that arise in order to fix or replace anything broken due to abnormal use. The tenant is obligated to fully pay these costs, even if they exceed the deposit.

8) The property must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

9) The person responsible for any payment is the first named person on the e-mailed booking confirmation reference.

10) We advise that you arrange for adequate holiday insurance to cover any medical costs in case of accident whilst on holiday. This policy should also cover assistance and help in returning to your country in the event of serious accident or injury.

11) We are not responsible in any way for organizing, or booking any flights. Flights & flight reservations remain your sole responsibility. We supply the holiday accommodation only.

12) Meals are not included in the cost of your holiday, all villa's are self catering. We cater for dinner parties at an additional cost.

13) Please note: We cannot supply any details, or provide any information with regard to any persons that you are sharing your villa/accommodation with, unless we receive full permission from each couple to do so. This information is kept totally confidential.

14) We cannot guarantee you sex with other couples sharing your booked villa. It remains your responsibility, the responsibility of each couple in the villa/accommodation to make their limits clear to other couples.

15) We do not accept responsibility for any problems that may arise between couples.

16) We expect all guests to be well mannered, no offence should ever be taken with regard to polite refusals. "No means no" in all circumstances. Anyone not following these guidelines will be asked to leave immediately there are no exceptions, and no refund will be given.

17) We do not advocate the use of drugs, other than for medical purposes. Any persons found using drugs will be reported to the police immediately.

18) Every person on our holidays must be 18 years of age or older, and fully aware of the type of holiday they are booking.

19) The holidaymaker agrees with all terms & conditions as set out on this website.
